Why did you become a personal trainer?
After graduating college in 2010 I started working in an office job. I was low energy and drinking coffee all day. By 2014 I grew tired of the “phone call, email, sip coffee” routine and I started looking for a more exciting career. Around the same time, I started getting back into an exercise routine after work and noticed a change in my energy levels. Soon enough, I began changing my nutrition habits and really got into fitness and decided to take the next step.
I grew tired of the “Golden HandCuffs”, broke free from the shackles of the corporate world and entered the fitness space to help people become stronger, healthier and happier versions of themselves.

Can you tell us about your personal training approach?
Meet the clients where they’re at & providing a functional approach to fitness. Working with overweight & older clients I help them get stronger in their day to day lives while helping them make simple nutrition choices to boost. Whether it’s carrying groceries from the car, picking the kids off the floor or placing items in the top shelf of the cupboard. Working on these movements in the gym improves client’s posture, balance and overall strength making day to day activities easier.
