Why did you become a Private Fitness Trainer?
Being active has always been an integral part of my life since I was a toddler. The older I have gotten, the more passionate I have become about wanting to help others experience the benefits of having an active lifestyle. I want others to know what it is like to truly be proud of the way you look and feel, as that sets the foundation for how you operate through life. My primary goal is to be the catalyst that allows others to realize their potential by taking a holistic approach to training and making it fun in the process.

Can you tell us about your personal training approach?
My training approach involves changing one’s mindset by starting from within. Meaning it is important to identify as the person you want to become before seeing the result. That way, all of the action you take will be in alignment with the person you are trying to be. Making this mindset shift allows one to view training in a more positive way, which leads to better results.
Once this shift has been made, I take a progressive approach to training clients that involves setting an appropriate foundation while continuously challenging them week after week. If you continue to do the same thing, you can only expect to get the same results. My approach ensures my clients surpass any self-limiting beliefs by showing them what they can do by sticking to the process.
What else do you put in your essentials list?
The most important part of all is to turn health & fitness into a lifestyle that becomes second nature over time. This is how you guarantee that you will continue making progress and have longevity in the future. This can be accomplished by making that mindset shift, starting to see the value of training as you see results, and complementing your training with healthy habits outside the gym that bring it all together. It all goes much deeper than trying to improve your appearance: valuing your health & fitness sets the foundation for everything you experience in life.
