Megan Farrell is a Personal Trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified Nutrition Coach. Born in Pittsburgh, PA (Go Steelers!) and now living in Altamonte Springs, FL, she loves spending time with her dogs, Penny and Lily, enjoying good coffee, and traveling.

She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University but left the engineering field to pursue her true passion: helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Within a year and a half of joining Darwin Fitness as a personal trainer, Megan advanced to Lead Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach in December 2025. In this role, she now supervises a personal trainers team and leads the development of Darwin Fitness’ nutrition program. Megan specializes in weight loss coaching through a powerful combination of strength training, sustainable nutrition, and mindset work.
