Why did you become a Private Fitness Trainer?
Training as a female soccer player my entire life was a natural transition to personal training. I fell in love with the process of becoming a better athlete. I realized that this passion grew, even more, when I could help others achieve their goals. Being a part of someoneโs fitness journey is a pleasure, and I enjoy being there to help every step of the way!

Can you tell us about your personal training approach?
Needs analysis approach, and all that means is that there are more questions asked than statements made. I program based on the individual person and keep track as we go. Ensuring that your exact goals are reached!
Another important part of my training approach is having my clients enjoy what they are doing. The more you love something, the easier it is to incorporate it into your lifestyle.
What else do you put in your essentials list?
Not only will your goals be met, but I have a passion to educate. A vital part of training is knowing how to safely move your body in an effective way. While programming for clients, I sit down with them and go over their training plan and explain why we are doing certain movement patterns based on their goals. Being able to pass on knowledge to anyone I train is an important part of my philosophy.
