Our fully equipped training space offers 2,000 square feet designed for personal training and personal training only. The ‘red room’ is dedicated to strength and cardio. The ‘blue room’ is set for functional training and stretching.

We take pride in offering the best equipment in a clean, fresh and not overcrowded atmosphere. Our gym is not open to members training by themselves and we don’t offer fitness classes.
