In these rapidly changing times, there is a great need to be able to adapt quickly. 

Most traditional gym environments struggled to comply with the best guidance and protocols developed to face the pandemic. 

From 2012 to June of 2020, I operated as an independent trainer inside hybrid gyms owned by other parties. These gyms are open to members as well as several trainers like me with their own client base. As of July 1, 2020, I have shifted direction and opened my own comprehensive Private Fitness Studio. 

This fully equipped training space offers 2,000 square feet designed for personal training and personal training only. The ‘red room’ is dedicated to strength and cardio training. The ‘blue room’ is set for functional training and stretching.
